Perrine is on your side—whether you’re buying or selling. She brings all the expertise and experience of 10-plus years in finance and commercial real estate to the process of helping you through the critical business of selling and/or buying your new home.
As the former senior operations executive for a world-wide private equity firm, Perrine learned the art of serving customers at all levels and in all occupations. She honed her negotiating abilities with vendors of all types. When you work with Perrine, you’ll benefit from the same professionalism, accountability and sensitivity she practiced as a corporate executive.
Perrine invests the time to identify and plan the most practical approach to make the best use of everyone’s time and resources to help you achieve your home-buying and/or selling goal. Perrine was recently featured in Rubloff Presents, an online luxury realty magazine.
Before falling in love with Chicago and making it her permanent home, Perrine lived all over the country, including Ohio, Delaware, Texas and North Carolina. The various moves and the national exposure give her a greater appreciation for the Chicagoland area. And you can be confident that she fully empathizes with the stress of making a move—no matter how near or far. She has embraced Chicago as her true home and never loses her excitement about, and appreciation for, the city. Perrine lives with her daughter Sophia and her giant Mastiff, Rocky, in the East Village neighborhood. You can often spot the whole family strolling around the neighborhood, checking out the new stores that regularly pop up and enjoying local and community events. She is a member of the East Village community association and the WestTown Chamber of Commerce. Perrine also serves on the board of the Garfield Park Conservatory in Chicago. To Sophia, who visits there regularly with her mom, the Conservatory is known as "the jungle."
